Your yacht is a carefully maintained luxury environment, and we ask that it be treated with care and respect at all times. Shoes may be removed when requested by the crew, and movement around the vessel should always be done with caution, especially while underway. Smoking policies, water toy usage, and interior access rules are in place for your safety and the preservation of the yacht. The crew is there to assist you—please communicate any needs or questions so we can ensure a smooth experience.
We welcome families, groups, and guests from all backgrounds. If you have children onboard, dietary restrictions, language considerations, or special celebrations, please let us know in advance so we can properly prepare. Clear communication helps us elevate your experience—whether that means customizing menus, coordinating timing, or accommodating accessibility needs. Our goal is to make your time onboard effortless and fully tailored to you.
Gratuity is customary in the yachting industry and is a meaningful reflection of your satisfaction with the service provided. While always discretionary, the standard range is 15–20% of the total charter price. This percentage is based on the full charter cost, not individual items or add-ons.
It’s also worth noting that the level of service provided by the crew naturally adapts to the needs of each charter. Additional care and attention may be required depending on the size of the group, the presence of children or elderly guests, special celebrations, dietary or accessibility needs, or language differences. The crew’s goal is always to ensure every guest is safe, comfortable, and fully cared for—regardless of complexity.
Gratuities are typically given at the end of the charter and are shared among the entire crew who worked to deliver your experience. Your generosity is sincerely appreciated and directly supports the team responsible for making your time onboard exceptional.
